MARCH 23-25 It’s the long-awaited world premiere of Fashion Briefs in its entirety!
From the vengeful Gucci family to the humorous antics of Louis Vuitton, Fashion Briefs is a collection of short dances each inspired by the lives and work of famous fashion designers or design houses. Created and choreographed by Code f.a.d. Artistic Director Autumn Mist Belk, this evening-length dance and film event includes all original music compositions by G. Todd Buker (aka Proxy), beautifully complimenting Belk’s athletic movement style. Enjoy a day on resort with Michael Kors, a baseball game announced by the duet of Dolce & Gabbana, and dress for a casual Friday with Calvin Klein.
The Friday and Saturday evening performances also include a special guest performance of The Golden Record, performed by Code f.a.d. dancers along with Sanspointe Dance Company from Birmingham, Alabama. Don’t miss this special collaboration! Click here for more information.
